The Buffalo Community Centre provides a multipurpose resource community facility to help improve the lives of the local people of the Croft Ward, Cowpen Quay and local area which is classed as very deprived.
It is our aim to improve the conditions and wellbeing of our community, stimulate economic activity by providing lifelong learning, recreational activities and establish strong community structures and working in partnership with other local providers both from the voluntary and statutory sector.
